About DRAGADOS USA

DRAGADOS USA, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DRAGADOS, was established in the United States in 2005. Since then, DRAGADOS USA has grown steadily, successfully performing a variety of transportation, hydraulic, and underground projects. Building on this success, DRAGADOS' market share and financial position has consistently strengthened and grown over time.

The company is presently working on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the United States, such as the Southern Ohio Veterans Memorial Highway P3 in Ohio; the design-build Package 2-3 of the new High Speed Rail in California; the design-build-finance SH-181 Harbor Bridge Replacement and the SH-288 Toll Lanes P3 in Texas; the design-build Alaskan Way Viaduct SR99 Bored Tunnel Alternative in Washington State; or the design-build Parallel Thimble Shoal Tunnel in Southern Virginia.

Completed projects in the US include, among others, the Manhattan Tunnels Excavation and the East Side Access Caverns in New York City for MTACC; the I-595 Corridor Roadway Improvements P3 and the Miami International Airport North Terminal Improvements in South Florida; the Portugues Dam project, Rio Puerto Nuevo Flood Control project, and the Bechara Channel, in Puerto Rico for USACE; and the I-287 Cross Westchester Expressway reconstruction in New York for NYSDOT.

In 2008, DRAGADOS formally established DRAGADOS Canada, Inc. and opened its corporate office in Toronto. Today, DRAGADOS Canada is working on major projects nationwide such as the Confederation Line Light Rail Train (LRT) P3 and the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, in Ontario or the New Champlain Corridor P3 in Quebec, and has already completed several relevant projects, including the A-30 Motoroute in Quebec; the Windsor Essex Parkway P3 in Ontario; and the South Fraser Perimeter Road P3 in British Columbia.

DRAGADOS' ability to concurrently deliver multiple PPP projects underscores the depth of our resources to execute technically complex design-build projects.

DRAGADOS carries out its activity delivering infrastructure projects through its own brand and in some cases in partnership with other sister companies within the ACS Group, leveraging the specialization and geographical competitive advantages brought by this select group of companies across the different markets.

Since 2005, DRAGADOS has experienced a steady and sustainable growth in the portfolio volume, project revenue, and geographic expansion across the United States and Canada. An important source of growth has been the acquisition of Schiavone Construction and John P. Picone in the New York Metropolitan Area, Prince Contracting in Florida, J.F. White in Massachusetts, and Pulice Construction in Arizona.
